We are looking for someone who will not only lead recruitment processes but also actively take care of employees, support managers, and co-create modern personnel initiatives.

Your responsibilities
Publishing recruitment advertisements and conducting sourcing activities.
Independently managing recruitment processes at all levels.
Collaborating with managers to define job requirement specifications.
Organising and conducting interviews (telephone and face-to-face).
Employee onboarding and offboarding.
Building and strengthening the employer brand.
Creating and updating HR policies, career paths, and development activities.
Coordinating online and in-person training sessions.
Managing internal communication (newsletters, posters, infographics).
Organising employee events and initiatives.
Our expectations
Experience in conducting recruitment for various job levels.
Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
Availability for on-site work.
Documented success in executing recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and social media.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and managers.
Proactivity, independence, and a high standard of work culture.
Ability to work under time pressure and excellent organisation.
Knowledge of HR trends and the labour market.
