What makes this role special?

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Bergmen in the local market. This role is for someone who enjoys combining technical consultancy with relational sales - building partnerships, advising clients, and actively developing sales. We are not a corporation - you have a real impact on the market, clients, and product development. You will work with a team that supports, shares knowledge, and collaborates effectively towards results.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical consultancy and B2B customer support

  • Acquiring new business partners and developing sales in the region

  • Building long-term business relationships

  • Participating in the creation and implementation of sales plans

  • Product presentation and preparation of commercial offers

  • Negotiations and contract finalisation

  • Market and competitor analysis

  • Collaboration with internal departments (marketing, purchasing, logistics)

  • Representing the company at industry trade fairs

Our expectations

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales

  • Experience in technical industries (lighting / electrical engineering / construction preferred)

  • Independence, initiative, and consistency in action

  • Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations

  • Driving licence category B

  • Good work organization and business ethics
