As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Bergmen in the local market. This role is for someone who enjoys combining technical consultancy with relational sales - building partnerships, advising clients, and actively developing sales. We are not a corporation - you have a real impact on the market, clients, and product development. You will work with a team that supports, shares knowledge, and collaborates effectively towards results.
Your responsibilities
Technical consultancy and B2B customer support
Acquiring new business partners and developing sales in the region
Building long-term business relationships
Participating in the creation and implementation of sales plans
Product presentation and preparation of commercial offers
Negotiations and contract finalisation
Market and competitor analysis
Collaboration with internal departments (marketing, purchasing, logistics)
Representing the company at industry trade fairs
Our expectations
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Experience in technical industries (lighting / electrical engineering / construction preferred)
Independence, initiative, and consistency in action
Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations
Driving licence category B
Good work organization and business ethics
