E-commerce is one of our key areas of development. We aim to build modern online sales channels and reach customers in Poland as well as international markets. We are looking for someone who is not only familiar with the world of e-commerce but can also create and implement online sales strategies, combining analytics with creativity, and build processes that translate into tangible results. This is a role for someone who wants to act strategically, while also enjoying a hands-on influence on day-to-day activities and rapid outcomes.

Your responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing strategies for the development of e-commerce channels (own online store + external platforms).

  • Managing product offerings, prices, and promotions in online channels.

  • Coordinating marketing activities (SEO, advertising campaigns, social media, content).

  • Analysing sales results and optimising activities in terms of ROI.

  • Building customer experience (UX, Customer Journey, automation).

  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics, and IT departments.

Our expectations

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading e-commerce (B2B or B2C).

  • Practical knowledge of sales platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Baselinker).

  • Excellent knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

  • Understanding of UX principles and conversion in online sales.

  • Ability to manage teams and projects.

  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication.

Desirable: Experience in the electrotechnical, lighting, or related industries. Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
