This position is for someone who enjoys switching between strategic thinking and operational action, combining data with intuition, and building processes that grow alongside the company.

You have a real impact: Your decisions will directly influence Bergmen's sales results and the direction of e-commerce development. You work closely with management: This is a role where your ideas quickly translate into action. You build e-commerce within a technology company: Lots of innovation, an interesting product, and clients from rapidly growing industries. International scale: We operate both in the domestic market and are expanding sales abroad.

Your responsibilities

  • Effective management and development of the B2B and B2C e-commerce department.

  • Management of e-commerce platforms - online store and marketplaces.

  • Development and scaling of online sales in Poland and foreign markets.

  • Development and implementation of an online marketing strategy to increase sales.

  • Continuous shop improvement - implementing solutions to optimise conversion and the purchasing process.

  • Monitoring sales results and analysing the effectiveness of e-commerce activities.

  • Data analysis, KPIs, and preparation of recommendations for the management.

  • Collaboration with the marketing, sales, and customer service departments.

  • SEO content optimisation and preparation for international expansion.

  • Coordination of e-commerce platform integration projects with sales systems.

Our expectations

  • Min. 5 years of experience in e-commerce (technical or lighting industry preferred).

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Allegro).

  • Experience in managing online sales in international markets.

  • Ability to analyse data, report findings, and draw conclusions.

  • Very good knowledge of online marketing tools and SEO.

  • Creativity, independence, and consistency in action.

  • Determination to achieve goals and good teamwork skills.

  • Communicative knowledge of English.
