Our goal is to intensively expand sales in the Central European markets – it's now time for Hungary. We are looking for an enterprising and communicative person with B2B sales experience who can help us establish a lasting brand position in the Hungarian market. This role is for someone who enjoys challenges, excels in business relations, and wants to act as the leader of Bergmen's expansion into a new market.
Your responsibilities
Active development of sales in the B2B sector in Hungary.
Building relationships with business partners and distributors.
Conducting business negotiations and preparing offers.
Analysing the local market and seeking new growth opportunities.
Representing the company at trade fairs and industry meetings.
Collaboration with headquarters in Poland – marketing, logistics, technical department.
Our expectations
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English.
Negotiation skills and focus on long-term client relationships.
Independence in action and ability to manage the sales process.
Category B driving licence and willingness to travel for business.
Preferred: experience in the electrotechnical, lighting, or similar industry. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., German, Slovak).
