We are expanding sales in Central and Eastern European markets and now aim to strengthen our presence in Slovakia. We are looking for a person who will not only be responsible for sales but also for building the entire collaboration ecosystem - from acquiring customers to developing a network of partners and distributors. This position is for someone who values independence, thrives on challenges, and wishes to be a leader in expanding our brand into a new market.

Your responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of B2B clients and sales development in the region.

  • Building and developing relationships with business partners and the distribution network.

  • Professional technical advice and customer support regarding the products offered.

  • Analysis of the Slovak market and identification of new sales opportunities.

  • Implementation of sales plans and the company's expansion strategy.

  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events in the region.

  • Collaboration with headquarters (marketing, logistics, and production departments) to implement projects.

Our expectations

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English.

  • Experience in negotiations and building long-term business relationships.

  • Ability to plan activities and work independently.

  • Category B driving licence and willingness to travel on business.

Desirable: experience in the electrotechnical, lighting or related industry. Knowledge of an additional foreign language (e.g. German, Hungarian).
