Your responsibilities
Active acquisition of new customers and sales development in the Central European region.
Professional consultancy and care for existing B2B clients.
Implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategy.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Preparing offers, conducting negotiations, and reporting within the CRM system.
Analysis of competitors' activities and market trends.
Collaboration with other departments (production, logistics, purchasing, marketing).
Participation in industry fairs and regular visits to clients.
Our expectations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian.
Conversational knowledge of Polish.
Independence, commitment, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to plan and organise own work.
High personal culture and business ethics.
Category B driving licence.
Desirable: experience in the electrotechnical/lighting industry or knowledge of additional foreign languages (German, Spanish, Italian).
