As an Area Export Sales Manager, you will not only develop sales and build relationships, but also have a tangible impact on the growth of our brand in the Czech Republic. Your responsibilities
Active client acquisition in the Czech market and development of the existing B2B contact network.
Building and maintaining strong business relationships with partners and distributors.
Presenting and implementing Bergmen solutions - from technical consultancy to post-sales support.
Market analysis and identification of new sales opportunities.
Representing the company at business meetings and trade fairs in the Czech Republic and region.
Collaboration with the headquarters in Poland (marketing, logistics, and production departments) to implement joint development plans.
Our expectations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the electrotechnical, lighting industry or related fields).
Proficiency in Czech and English, allowing for fluent business communication.
Ability to independently conduct negotiations and develop sales strategies.
Category B driving licence and willingness to travel for business purposes.
High level of personal culture, independence, and proactivity.
Preferred: experience in the electrotechnical/lighting industry or knowledge of additional foreign languages (German, Spanish, Italian).
